Julia Lloyd George

Julia Lloyd George focuses on the intersection of colour, form and texture. She sources unusual gemstones of exceptional colour. Her innate feel for metal, proportion and finish, combined with her eye for colour enables her to instinctively present these stones to their best potential.

Julia’s Paraiba tourmalines tend to be set in beaten yellow gold, evocative of sea and sand, while a Rhodolite garnet is enhanced by a red gold setting. It is the line engraving, surface treatment and hand finishing that renders Julia’s work at once recognisable.

Her work has been described as having an ‘ancient yet timeless’ feel.
